APPLYING FOR HONORS WORK

Applications to pursue honors should be competed before the end of Spring Quarter of the junior year. This allows preliminary thinking to be done over the summer.

Application involves completing the Application for Honors Work in Linguistics form, which needs to be signed by an Undergraduate Studies Advisor, and a thesis project advisor, and filing it with the Student Services Specialist.

The application requires a brief statement of what the honors project will be, and of how the ten additional units of course work will be fulfilled.
