When grades are due

Except for Spring quarter, all grades are due the earlier of 5 days after the final (or day course ends, for courses without a final) or noon of the Tuesday after exam week. In Spring quarter, grades for graduating seniors must be submitted Friday of exam week.

How to file grades

Grades are submitted online via the Axess web-site. The primary faculty submits grades, unless specified otherwise. Some instructors may request that you act as a grading proxy for the course. In this rare case you would enter and submit grades via Axess for the course.
