Biography
Bernstein is president of Ordinate Corporation. His work has centered on phonetic and phonological aspects of speech synthesis and speech recognition systems, and on the application of such systems in education and rehabilitation. Other research interests include general experimental phonetics, phonological variation, and language testing.
