Corpus Linguistics Emily Bender |

|
This workshop is a brief introduction to corpus resources of interest
to sociolinguists. We will cover existing corpora (including spoken
language corpora with sound recordings), software for accessing and
analyzing corpora, and simple programming tools for manipulating
text files. We will also discuss creating and publishing corpora
from sociolinguistic field work.
